What type of cookies do you make? I make custom sugar cookies and gourmet drop cookies for your special events!
How do I place an order? Please fill our the custom order request form. I will reach out to you and go through details of your order via e-mail.
How much notice do I need to give for my custom order? I ask that custom orders be placed at least two weeks in advance so I can order and receive the best cutters for your order. Gourmet drop cookie orders should be placed one week in advance. Rush orders may be available, but are subject to an additional 20% fee.
What are your prices? Please refer to the pricing page for more detail.
Do you ship? I operate under Texas Cottage Food Laws as a home baker, and that unfortunately prohibits me from shipping.
Do you deliver? Unfortunately due to my current schedule I am unable to deliver, but can arrange a mutual pick up point at a more central location to be discussed during the order confirmation process. Unless discussed and agreed upon, all orders will be picked up from my home (77578).
How will my cookies be packaged for pickup? All cookies will be heat-sealed for freshness. Regular-sized cookies will be sealed individually, and mini cookies will be packaged according to your preferences (individually, in sets of three/four, etc.), which will be discussed during the order confirmation process. Additional packaging such as bows, boxes, tags and bag toppers are available and pricing will be given upon request.
How long will my cookies stay fresh? Because all sugar cookies are bagged and heat-sealed as a complimentary service, cookies will stay fresh for at least two weeks. Gourmet drop cookies are better consumed as close to purchase as possible. Cookies will also freeze very well – message me if you are interested in freezing and I will provide more specific instructions for freezing.
Do you provide nut-free or gluten-free options? At this time I do not.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the pick up date for a full refund. If an order is cancelled within the two weeks before the order, a refund will not be given.
